Owner & Certified Tax Professional, Candi Hallstrom grew up on Vancouver Island and has now opened a different kind of tax office in Downtown Parksville.
After almost 18 years of operating a very successful tax office in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Candi has returned to the Island with a different perspective on tax preparation. This family owned & operated office will have three generations working together to serve you. Candi's son, AJ Hallstrom is a Junior Tax Preparer and will join her in the new office after having worked along side his mom for several years. Candi & AJ are very excited to have Vicki Horrocks (Candi's mom) in the office to cover the reception & administration! Our family is focused on helping your family feel more in control of your taxes! Our focus is and always has been on helping make tax filing easier for Canadians! Clients do not have to worry about reviews, audits or questions! We stand behind our work, and beside our clients if they need us for a review or audit. Candi is a proud member of 100+ Women Who Care Oceanside. 100 Women Who Care is based on a simple principle that together we can do more. We want to gather with other women who want to help charities in our community. 100% of our members' donations go directly to local Oceanside charities. Candi is also an active Board Member with the Parksville Downtown Business Association. She has a passion for keeping Parksville's downtown core a great place to visit & shop for both visitors and residents. At Oceanside Taxes, we focus on what we do best, so that our clients don't have to focus on taxes.
